As the Kurile lake area is the habitat of wild brown bear, the cordon area is surrounded by electric fence for the safety of tourists and inspectors of the Kronotsky Reserve. It protects the territory from the uncontrolled coming. The accommodation is possible both in the station tent camp with folding beds, and in the common tour tents. There is sheltered kitchen with gas stoves for cooking.
